What we collect

When you request an offer or send us a message we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), the property address and details, photos, and anything you write in the form. We also record which page you came from and campaign tags (for example, UTM parameters).

Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. If the address search is used, Google Maps processes what you type.

How we use it

Only to contact you about selling your property, to assess the property and prepare an offer, and to improve our website and advertising. We don’t sell your data.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are stored in our customer database (Airtable) and sent to our team by email. Access is limited to people working on your enquiry.

How long we keep it

If no sale goes ahead, we delete your enquiry within 24 months, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing sell@homebuyer.ge.
