Will you pay full market price?
Usually not. Our offers are below what you might eventually achieve on the open market, because we buy fast, in any condition, and take on the cost and risk of resale. In return you get speed, certainty and no fees — and we’ll explain how we arrived at our number.
How fast will I get an offer?
Within 7 days of your enquiry — often sooner. We call you, view the property once, and then give you a firm cash offer.
How quickly can the sale complete?
Once you accept, we book the notary for a date you choose, as soon as the documents are ready. The transfer is registered with the Public Registry and you’re paid by bank transfer.
Am I obliged to accept the offer?
No. The offer is free and comes with no obligation. If it doesn’t work for you, you simply say no.
Which areas do you buy in?
